Women and men stroll the streets in the traditional dress of the Indigenous people, carrying children in colorful blankets on their back, while others serve up hot dishes of local and traditional foods from their tiny street vendor kiosks. There’s a huge colonial architectural influence seen in the beautiful churches and main squares in most cities, and if you get out into the countryside, you get to see shepherds with their llamas and sheep wandering the countryside.
