I headed out to the Wyant Group Raceway for their WGR Race Experience. I teamed up with driver Ryan Thompson who took me out for a spin around the track, showing me exactly what it’s like to be in a race car with a professional driver. Then we swapped seats and he let me burn some rubber – hitting more than 50 miles an hour!
Guys – it was wild!

Want to drive a race car?
The Wyant Group Raceway offers the WGR Race Experience several times throughout the summer. Participants can choose either a 10 lap ride-along for $40 or a ride-and-drive for $80. Book in advance by e-mailing Ryan at elements_racing@hotmail.com. Cash payment only.
